Utility to print WCB paper billings that are paid electronically

WCB has changed the way they process paper billings. They are now paid electronically, but they will not show in your remittance report. Extract the contents of this .zip file to your '/Smart' folder and run the 'W0001.exe' file. You can open your remittance file and a report will be printed.
